I ordered my Canon t2i camera today but held off buying a SDHC card for it because I was unsure of what card speed i should get. Recommendations on what brand and speed of the card for shooting video? Thanks!!!
I don't shoot on a t2i, but my understanding is that the t2i and 7D shoot at 20-30mbs, so you'll want a card that can shoot at that speed. I'd suggest Sandisk, they make reliable cards.
I shoot on a 7D on slower cards that can shoot up to 30 mbs and while they won't do the high res still photo shooting in raw, they work fine for video. No need to go with the super fast 60mbs versions.
