If you use a DSLR camera to film, what accessories do you also use? Do you use a monitor, audio recorder, shoulder mount, and so on?

I'm interested to know what people are using and what works best for them.

My personal rig is as follows:

Canon 7D
kit lens (24-70 I think)
50mm
Various Nikon Lenses (which I love shooting on)
LCDVF
D-Focus Follow-Focus
Glidecam
DSL slider (can't remember the brand $100)
Custom Bracket to hold everything (see picture to see bracket with mic plugged into Beachtek)
Zoom h4n
Beachtek DXA-5DA DSLR (just got this and used it on two projects and was happy. But Zoom still sounds better, but no synching!)

Next I'll invest in a Should rig, after I get the FCP upgrade...ugh, too much to buy!!!
