Thanks Philip. I worked with these cameras and the SxS card work flow in an edit I did for XTERRA TV about two months ago. Media transferred very quickly. Probably 2-3 times faster than P2.

Really liked the slow-motion and transition to the edit was smooth.

FYI on above, it is now much better to include it into Apple's Log and Transfer. Works just like P2 in that fashion.

Still getting the upgrades in. The 32Gb card is still not formatting past 79%. This is using clip browser 2.6

Any ideas??

Nevermind. It only took me an hour and forty-four minutes to determine what I really should have been doing. What a dweeb. Now the EX3 has the latest onboard driver and I have a 32Gb card formatted. (Though I was suprised to note that only 29.7Gb were usable after formatting) My guess is that the remainder of the non-usable area is partitioned for metadata, etc.

Still impressed.

My EX3 is my girlfriend.
