There are so many forums and sub forums here. Each with pretty low traffic, perhaps just one "utah film making" forum might be better? I know i'd be much more likely to check daily if it was one forum instead of so many.

Are you wanting just ONE forum? Or just more consolidated topics in General? What specifically if you had control over the forums would you like to see. We'd really like to get your input.

Perahps it's just a matter of taste, but I'd prefer to be able to bookmark one forum, pop in to see any new posts, and then pop out, instead of clicking through to multiple forums to see what's new.
I suppose the current format is better for folks who are more specialized in their jobs, ie the editors don't need to be bothered with posts about shooting etc. But for a documentary guy like me who is involved in shooting, editing, business etc I'd like to see more activity in one forum than sparse activity spread across many.

Tim, I think it's a great suggestion. We've been in talks of simplifying much of the site. For now while we work on it, you can try just bookmarking the top tab, RECENT DISCUSSIONS:
