Wow, this is definitely one of the coolest and most useful plug-ins I've come across. If you're shooting interviews in HD, or editing a lot of interviews, this should be part of your toolkit.

I recently used it on some interview footage where the subject was older, had no make-up or powder, was sweating, no diffusion just harsh sunlight and shot at 720p24 resolution. Not very flattering. After a little adjustment with this plug-in, however, the footage looked significantly better. It seemed to take 10 years off.

The $150 price tag seems a bit much, but overall this is a great tool.
