Ron Hill Imagery is giving away up to 40 Free ½ day stage shoots with the RED Camera. Come get yours!
In Februrary, SLCCUT is meeting at the Ron Hill Imagery Production House. RHI is a rich resource center in High Def productions having shot three full length features. The team at RHI will be discussing utilization of the RED camera and integration with FCP. RHI rents the RED camera and has experience outfitting even novice producers with a great package and crew.
This will be a great discussion, so if you have used the RED Camera, come and share your experience, and for those of you who have yet to handle a RED, this will be an invaluable experience. So mark it on your calendar and be there to mingle, network, and meet us offline.

Free ½ day stage shoot with the RED Camera, Arriflex Master Primes, and a Data Wrangler.
Up to 40 Certificates will be given away based on attendance of the meeting.
Contest & Giveaway Rules:
- 1 certificate per company given out during a raffle or at the end of the presentation in exchange for a business card
- Certificate valid for a Free scheduled ½ day shoot, total of 5 hours, on the RHI stage. Scheduling will be made available during the business work week of Monday – Friday, between 8am-6pm. The time scheduled for the Free ½ day shoot will be blocked in 5 hour time slots and the scheduled shoot is to commence at the appointed start time and end at the specified time 5 hours later. No breaks or tardiness will be accepted to extend the time during this 5 hour time slot. The 5 hours includes the time needed to download from a RED Drive to your drives.
- You must bring your own drives onto which your media will be transferred.
- This Certificate is also limited to the availability of our Red camera, stage and DIT personnel, if it is not currently booked for another RHI Production, RHI will confirm with the client 72 hours prior to their scheduled date, to solidly book or to reschedule the Free ½ day shoot date.
- All content to be filmed must pass Ron Hill Imagery moral standards, we will not accept any nudity, violence, or vulgar profanity, defamation of any gender types or any cultural slander.
- No Pet or animal filming of any kind will be permitted.
- Items that will cost extra:
- Any time over 5 hours will be billed in quarter hour increments at $300/hr
- Extra grip and Lighting beyond a total of 4k
- Audio
- Voice Over Booth
- Post Production and Graphics
- Teleprompter
- Craft Service
- Pretty much anything else
