The Cocos Islands have always been my favorite dive location for filming large pelagic marine life. On this, my 11th trip there, we had large tiger sharks for the first time in anyone's memory. Unfortunately, long lining and shark finning boats are allowed too often without any retaliation by the Costa Rican government.
